Please read this manual carefully before starting your registration application.
1. Before You Begin
Keep the following ready as scanned PDF/JPG/PNG files: PAN card, Aadhaar card, agency letterhead with authorised signatory's signature, and (if applicable) TAN/GSTIN certificates.
Registration is done in multiple steps (Part A through Part F, Enclosures, Declaration, Authorisation, and Payment). You can save each step and continue later.
An active email address and mobile number are required — both will be verified by OTP before you can complete registration.
2. Filling the Form
All dates must be entered in DD/MM/YYYY format unless otherwise auto-filled.
Fields marked with a red * are mandatory.
Pincode fields only accept valid Maharashtra pincodes (400000–445999).
You may use the "Detect My Location" button to auto-fill address fields using your device's GPS, or type and select from the address search suggestions.
Once a step is saved, it becomes read-only. Use the "✏️ Edit this section" link on that step to make changes again.
3. Documents & Certificates
Each certificate has a file-size limit shown next to its upload field — files exceeding this limit will be rejected.
If you enter a Certificate/Licence Number for any document, its Date of Issue and file upload become mandatory.
The specimen signature must be a JPG or PNG image — PDF is not accepted for the signature field.
4. Fees & Payment
The registration fee is determined automatically by the jurisdiction you select and cannot be edited manually.
Fees paid are non-refundable once submitted.
Your Registration ID is issued only after successful payment — not before.
A printable payment receipt is available immediately after successful payment, and again anytime from your dashboard.
5. Declarations
All information submitted must be true and complete. False information or suppression of facts may lead to rejection or cancellation of registration.
You must accept the Self-Declaration and the Authorisation & Consent before your application can be previewed and submitted.
